- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed

- No smoking allowed
- Up to 2 dogs are allowed. No cats. Please keep dogs off bedding and furniture.
- Renter is responsible for dumping the waste tanks. A $75 dump fee will be assessed for any tanks not returned empty.
- Towing of this unit requires a 3/4 ton truck at a minimum. Alternatively, we can deliver to your location up to 75 miles from Midlothian, TX.
