Joey went over a few things about the trailer to get us started. We found no power in the kitchen, dining area, or bathroom due to a faulty ground fault switch which we were told had recently been replaced. We were able to run extension cords (provided by Joey) from the TV outlet and master bedroom. We enjoyed out trip and the stay in the trailer. The AC worked well.

Joey couldn’t have been more helpful. Great communication the whole time. Week get away for my wife and I, with her first time to stay in a RV. She loved it. Joey immediately eased her tension while going over the ins/outs of the RV.
We will definitely use Joey again and are planning our next get away.
