Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Authorized driver(s) must be present at time of pickup or delivery to review rules of operation and sign off on inspection. Supplemental Rental Agreement must be reviewed and signed prior to approval
- This RV is used for our enjoyment and that of our guests. We expect the RV to be returned to us in the same condition as when delivered to you. Failure to do so will result in added charges.
- Deliveries: At the present time, we can typically only deliver and pick up on weekends (Friday afternoons after 6 PM through Sunday evenings). Weekdays will be 6 PM-7 PM depending on location.
- No smoking/vaping or pets allowed in the vehicle. Should we find evidence of same, there will associated extra charges for extensive cleaning and your security deposit will be revoked.
- ***IMPORTANT*** Nothing in the toilet other than RV rated toilet paper. PLEASE: No feminine products, wipes, paper towels, regular toilet paper or food and grease.
We deliver up to a 75 mile radius including set up and breakdown for an additional fee. We require full hook-up sites which have 50 Amp power, water and sewer available. Please note the daily/weekly requirements in the listing for the various distances. Accommodations can me made in some instances for sites without sewer and we will review same with you at the time of booking.
Please note that due to excessive increases in fuel prices, we had to increase our delivery fees. The delivery fee includes set up and breakdown time as well but does not included dumping the tanks if there is no sewer present at the site as this usually takes at least an hour to...
