Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- We must have the fixed distination address. No standing on roof. Abandoning trailer or needing recovery due to the trailer being stuck for any reason is an automatic lose of security deposit.
- No cleaning, field stripping, or processing of fish or wild game in the trailer. Children are welcome, but as a mother I know they're “expensive” please keep an eye on them.
- Upon delivery the trailer will not be moved/or adjusted for any reason. No exceptions. Call or text us for assistance.
- No boondocking allowed unless approved by Shani. No smoking of any kind including vaping. No grease, oil down sinks or hair down shower drain.
- No pretending like you read all the rules if you really didn't!

Renting from Shani and Frank was a great experience! All of my RV-pro friends that we were camping with were super impressed by the camper and how well-cared for and clean it was. Thank you, Brian for your comments. We do provide a portable wastewater tank for free of cost, but I normally offer it to guests staying longer. I'll look into adding it as a normal part of the rental especially to folks staying at Garner State Park.
