I would say the RV sleeps 8 comfortably, using the pull out sofa for kids. The bunks are nice sized and can fit 4.

- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please report any damages promptly
- We ask that, to avoid any cleaning fee, all trash be taken out and perishables be removed from refrigerator.
- Pets are of course allowed but we ask that any messes from pets be cleaned immediately
- The only thing you are responsible for on the RV is to make sure the Black and grey tanks are empty. Returning tanks that are not empty will incur a $100 fee
- Most importantly have fun!!!
