Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Cleaning: Please do your part to clean up the camper to the condition you received it. Cleaning supplies are provided for you. Extra cleaning fee of $150 - $500 will be taken from deposit if dirty.
- Gray/Black tanks: Monitor tank levels. Use only RV toilet paper. Absolutely NO baby wipes, feminine products, or regular toilet paper is to be used. Fees will be applied if tanks are not emptied.
- Delivery includes setup, tear down, and dumping(if sewer at site). $75 fee if no sewer. Dry deliveries are responsible for extra water and dumping of tanks. Water refill and dump provided at extra fee
- No smoking/vaping, any sign or smell of smoke inside RV will result in 100% loss of deposit.
- Delivery only. No Boondocking
