This was our first RV rental experience, and we loved it and are looking forward to doing it again soon. There were a couple of hiccups with the initial generator at the beginning, but Sawyer took care of that by purchasing a brand new updated more powerful generator that operated perfectly and transporting it to our site and setting it up.
Renting from Sawyer was a pleasure! As a first time renter and not knowing what to expect, he was very responsive and accommodating. The camper was perfect for our yearly Thanksgiving vacation with the family and our pup.
The delivery was 3 hours late pickup was 2 hours late. Refrigerator didn't work and stunk with black mold trailer was delivered with no water. Owner doesn't communicate also refused to bring any water so I had to go buy water from Walmart 6miles away. No reimbursement for that. Then owner charged me 150.00 cleaning fee when it was delivered FILTHY

Sawyer and Jordan were a pleasure to rent from. They were prompt, courteous and flexible. The RV was clean and everything worked as advertised. The bed was comfortable as our one at home. It got down to 34 degrees one night but the heating was up to the task. We would definitely rent again.
