The owners are very friendly, their camper is clean and had full accommodations, including sheets, blankets, towels, dishes (even a wine bottle opener), cleaning supplies, games and more. I've rented through other companies before and none of those items were included.
This was our first time renting an RV and what a great experience! I'm hooked and ready to go camping more and more. The owners were very friendly and very good with communication. The camper was very clean and the perfect size for my husband and teenage daughter. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

We was not about to use the refrigerator because it smells really bad and was told they people before my use left some fish in it. The camper had a Smell for the weekend but it was a last minute rental. It was sand in the shower and bugs on pick up. The man was really nice when I went to pick the camper up since I was a lady and came alone, he took care of it for me.
I'm so sorry about the refrigerator - we really strive to ensure there is no "evidence" of any past customer, but sometimes things happen out of our control.
As far as being charged for the steps, 7 pin & break away cable; that is because they were damaged beyond repair while in your possession, and had to be replaced.
This was our first time renting a camper. The camper worked out great for our family. From the delivery, setup, pickup, and cleanliness, Renting from Frank and Abbey was a great experience! Abbey was great with communication. Thank you Frank and Abbey!!
