Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- You are responsible for dumping BLACK water tank(s) and rinsing them if you do not choose delivery option. If tanks are left with waste in them, there will be a fee to dump it for $150.
- 50 amp service is required. Please make sure you have this in place. 30 amps is insufficient in summer months. 30amp power adapter is available for temps under 80 degress Fahrenheit.
- 50 amp service is required during summer months. Generator is NOT supplied. If you bring your own Generator, it must be able to produce atleast 15000 watts @50amps.
- Supply Water connection and Sewer connection or dump station with washout is required. No Exceptions!
- Renters are required to be on site upon delivery and all supplied water and power shall be setup and ready for hookup.
