Our family of four rented with Yanbo for a holiday weekend and we're thoroughly satisfied. His communication all throughout the pre, during, and after process was like no other. He was always available for a quick question and very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the RV.
This was me and my wife's first RV rental through RV Share and we had an amazing time! Yanbo was incredibly helpful, nice, and responsive. After Yanbo had set up the RV for us and left, we ended up having a few questions with some basic RV issues (being new and all). He left us his phone number and was quick to respond and successfully helped us work through the issues!

$900 + for a Friday-Sunday. Nice guy & decent camper. The major issue was the ZERO propane in the 2 tanks on a $900 rental!. We brought $200 of groceries and couldnt grill or use the oven at all. We had to pay all weekend to eat at the canteen at Ginnie Springs. The owner told us to go find a propane at Tractor supply which would have been a 2 hour round trip out of our 3 days...
I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your RV rental experience.
However, I must address some inaccuracies and exaggerations in your complaint. Firstly, the RV was delivered to you early, included all the features, including propane, and was functioning correctly.
Great experience, great communication, excellent service.
Michael was friendly and easy to communicate with. He kept the camper clean and tidy.
