- Pets- We are pet friendly but cats are not allowed. Any damage or odors caused by your pet will incur an additional fee
- Black and Grey tank must be emptied prior to return or will incur a $150 dumping fee
- The RV should be returned clean, strip the beds and place all dirty linens in the shower
- Renter is responsible for all RV content/Supplies. Keep RV locked and secured when unattended. Missing items will be charged to the security deposit. The RV is equipped with a GPS tracking system
