- DO NOT climb on the roof NO smoking of any kind inside the RV or deposit will be with held RV MUST BE CLEAN upon return or a fee of $150 will be deducted from your deposit
- HOLDING TANKS MUST BE EMPTY upon return, if not a dumping fee will be applied
- Late fee. It is a $50 late fee if you are 3 hrs late from your drop-off time after that it will be a while full day. So please call to make sure it is ok.

for non holidays/ events fees $160per day with a minimum of 2 days the fees for a holiday/events is $200 per day with a 2 day minimum. Wknds are $180 per day (F-Su)
