The unit ran out of propane with little use, apparently the tanks were not full. I replaced with my own tank. When reported to RV Share, RV Share was less than cooperative. I was told I had to work it out with the owner of the unit. I advised RV Share that I paid RV Share for the rental and not the owner, and that the owner was their contractor and that reimbursement should come from RV Share.
I'm sorry to hear that. We did advise RVshare to reimburse you for propane. We will get in touch with you.

This trailer was perfect for our large family. Delivery and communication could not have been more perfect. Trailer was clean, everything worked and it was well stocked with linens and kitchen items. We visit Abilene twice a year and will definitely rent again.
