RV could definitely use some maintenance and a little TLC. RV had expired registration on the plate, stairs going into the RV were broke and held up by zip ties. The floor in the RV is very sponge. We had an ant problem from the time we picked the RV up. Overall the RV served it's purpose.
Sorry you didn't have a great experience with the RV. Unfortunately the step motor broke just before the rental and we didn't have time to get it repaired.
I wasn't aware there were ants in the RV after it was picked up. I'm glad the RV served it's purpose and hope you enjoyed the race at Talladega.
Excellent people to work with. If we had a question, they answered it immediately even though we were hundreds of miles away and no matter what day of the week. I would rent this RV again in a heartbeat.
