René (owner) was easy to contact and making reservations was easy. She is very friendly.
Only difficulty we had was pick up and return delivery. Owner has a steep driveway and our truck set lower to ground so hook up and unhooking was a challenge.

Rene is great to work with. Super friendly. The pickup and drop off was very easy. Rene also responds quickly via text. Camper mattress is not very comfy, so recommend bringing a foam pad to lay on top or something. Other than that, great unit.

I pay $90 for cleaning fee and had to clean it myself. The water heater didn’t work and we had to fix the door because the lock wasn’t working properly. The mattress was horrible. This was our first travel trailer experience 😞
