Great time. Martin is great very helpfull.
The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because Alan was so helpful at pick up. But had to remind about generator. Then the generator stopped working on second night when messages told check spark plug. Had wait until morning to go get tools and new spark plugs having to drive an hour. Never got a text making sure it was working again, let alone went 7 hours with fridge off and food in it.
As the camper owner, I was never contacted or informed of key issues during this rental. Due to an unexpected situation, I asked Alvin, who helps me regularly, to handle the handoff. He assisted the renter, who arrived in a Jeep with oversized wheels. The rear spare tire had to be removed to hook up the trailer, and Alvin placed it inside the RV—something that should not have been done.
Martin was very flexible in arranging pickup/delivery times.
Martin and his business partner Ramon were amazing to deal with! I contacted Martin on New Years Eve as my family and I decided to take a trip to get away from the fireworks and parties in town and despite Martin being out of the country he still managed to respond to my online request almost immediately and we were able to secure an RV for the night.
My family and I rented one of Martin's RVs and had an amazing time. The RV was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds all slept very nice especially the main bed since it was outfitted with one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on in an RV. Martin was very helpful, walking me through all the steps to set and to insure all my bases were covered.

He is very responsive to any questions and concerns.
He had everything clean and took the time to go over the use of each systems on the RV. Tires were is good condition, fridge was clean, and the AC was super cold. All lights worked as expected. We went to Big Bend and the RV pulled well with my RAM 1500 V6.
