My partner, Carolyn and I are a couple that enjoy hanging out and camping with our family and friends on special occasions, we bought the travel trailer to be able to spend more time in the great outdoors. Four night rental over thanksgiving. Heater didn’t work. Host came out and tried to fix, no luck. After three miserable cold nights in it, my family had had enough so went home a day early. No offer to refund a night. No apology. As a multiple time renter, I know RVShare has a pre-departure checklist, but it wasn’t used. Shouldn’t offer a camper to rent in the winter when the heater isn’t working.

Brian's RV was great. We rented it last minute and were grateful for how easy it was to work with Brian. We used the delivery service which was nice and Brian had everything hooked up and running within a short time. We would rent this RV again.
