- Before rental is picked up or returned, please put all dirty linens, towels etc. on living room couch. You will need to provide your own shampoo, conditioner & Body Wash.
- Please clean up any mess made, dishes, counter top and sweep floors. please take out your own trash, trash dumpsters should be available to you at campsite, if not please let me know.
- The TV in the living room has your basic local channels, and has a DVD player, you are welcome to bring your Fire Stick, Roku Etc. for streaming services. You will need a hotspot or use parks wifi.
- We provide toilet paper that is septic safe, we provide all linens, blankets and towels. Some blankets are kid size for bunk beds, if you need bigger blankets please let me know or bring your own.
- Available in RV: Small Coffee Pot w/ Filters, Pots, Pans, Utensils, paper towels, Plates, coffee cups, disposable cups, trash bags, cutting boards, your basic needs for kitchen.

This was our first time ever to rent or use a camper. It was a nerve-racking task due to the uncertainties and unknowns.
Well, we hit a home run with this rental. It was a smooth transaction, delivered as agreed, super nice owners and open communication answering all questions along the way. Highly recommend!!! We were two adults and four kids and still had plenty of extra sleeping space.

I spent a few days at Stephen F. Austin state park to do some photography and for a little nature respite. This camper made for enjoyable lodging allowing for plenty of elbow room. When I had difficulty in using the TV, Melissa even made a special trip to the camper to do a tech trouble shooting to get it working. Very responsive and good comfortable setup. Oven and stove top work well also.
