The RV at first glance was clean, however once you looked around it could have been cleaner, the floor and the refrigerator were still dirty. Our first night we could get the hot water heater to work so our showers were cold. The next day while making breakfast we ran out of propane. The host was out of town so her son came to fix it.
First and foremost, I take pride in customer service. I was not going respond, but I would like potential customers to hear both sides of the story.
The RV looked clean when it left, but I will be having a discussion with my cleaning people.

The RV was great! Everything was as described. Leslie was easy to work with also.

Overall experience was good! Communication was quick and very helpful.
Only one issue with lighting the oven but that was eventually solved.
Trailer is older and was pretty dusty. Delivery and Pickup by their son was very nice and made the few days much easier.
Leslie and her husband were great, delivered and setup the RV on time and quickly. They were flexible with delivery and pickup. Everything you need is in trailer. There were no issues with trailer and really enjoyed.
