Everything was great
Joe is a great host and will make sure you have full understanding of the equipment before you leave. The trailer itself has everything you need for a comfortable, turn-key stay. Everything as advertised and probably more. Look forward to renting again in the future.
Good little trailer and Joseph was great to rent from. Will defiantly rent with him again.
Overall great experience and phenomenal customer service. RV was exactly as pictured, communication with Joseph was quick, easy and super friendly even promptly taking our call when we had a slight hiccup with disconnecting from the hitch and walking us through.
Joseph was extremely accommodating and easy to work with throughout the rental. Looking forward to my next trip and working with Joseph again!
My husband and I booked an E-Pro because we are considering buying a small TT and this was at the top of our list. In 90-100 degree Texas heat, the air conditioning had no trouble keeping up. But the refrigerator went out on day 2 of our 5 day rental and the interior lights went out on day 3. We tried troubleshooting, to no avail. Joseph is planning on taking it into his dealership to get fixed.
