Renting an RV from Mr. Allen was a complete disappointment! I paid to have the trailer delivered and setup, he sends someone else, who showed up over 2 hours late, then one of the rear jacks had been damaged and was completely useless. So, his guy hooks everything thing up, moves the slide out, turns everything on, and we, from the very beginning have no hot water.
This is a great rental. Very clean and easy to use. Pulls great and straight. Ismael was available for any questions on the spot. Pickup and drop off was simple and easy. Ismael couldn’t have been easier to work with and he has a great trailer. Will be using this one again regularly.
My family and I rented the RV in July for a family reunion. The A/C in the RV worked amazing, keeping us nice and cool, even in then 100 plus Texas heat. The RV did have a small water leak, but Ismael responded quickly and we were able to get the issue resolved. Other than than small issue the RV was a great rental and the experience was top notch.
RV was prefect! Roomy and clean for a weekend at the river! AC worked great, awning was perfect for outside seating with speakers! We loved the RV would definitely rent again!
