Justin was very accomodating, communicative and helpful throughout the process. It was our first time renting an RV so we had a lot of questions for him pertaining to preparing for our rental as well as during our time with the RV. He got back to us right away with every question and was very good with explaining how to work the RV.
Justin was wonderfully communicative when we had questions (which we had several). He briefed us on all the systems and of course we could not remember it all - he was very kind when answering our questions en route. The RV itself is very comfortable. We slept 5 adults with no issues. The AC was so darn good we had to dial it back a bit to avoid freezing!
Justin is a great guy and made renting easy and the RV was exactly as advertised
The RV was better than expected and Justin was very professional as well as a very nice person. His in-person instructions were thorough and if I had a question he answered my calls and texts very promptly. The price is fair knowing that you are getting 2021 with only 5000 miles. Steve L
