From beginning to end this was a great experience. Pick up was very easy, Caleb explained everything and anything we forgot was in the booklet he provided. The bed was very comfortable and set up at the site was easy. Definitely will consider renting with him again.

- No smoking allowed
- Awning must be retracted at night and winds over 10 mph.
- No candles or fire within 25 feet of camper.
- All holding tanks must be return clean and empty.
- Use only Ethanol Free Gasoline in the generator.
Includes 30 AMP power, water, and internet.
Black Dump of $50 mandatory.
No smoking, No animals/pets without prior approval, No fish in the refrigerator or freezer please. A $250 cleaning fee may apply if any of the above are found. Rental should be returned clean, inside & out- a $75 cleaning fee will apply if the camper is not returned in rentab...
