Rental Rules
- Pet-friendly

- Minimum renter age of 30
- Renter shall purchase the “PREFERRED INSURANCE POLICY” so that all glass and interior is covered under renter's insurance policy. Preferred Insurance is REQUIRED or reservation will not be accepted.
- Renter shall keep and return the RV clean, pots/pans/utensils washed, fridge wiped out, bathroom cleaned, etc. Missing or damaged items shall be paid for from the deposit.
- The holding tanks shall be emptied unless the Prepaid Fuel Service was purchased. A full tank of gas and propane will be provided at pick up, renter will return RV with a full tank of gas and full LP.
- Deposit will be forfeited for any signs of smoking, vaping or tailgating in the RV. Campfires shall be at a fair distance so the heat/odor does not enter and/or damage the RV and awning doesn't melt.
- No towing. If renter tows anything with RV the full deposit shall be forfeited. If there are signs of a pet inside the RV without renter paying the pet fee, renter shall forfeit the entire deposit.

Second time renting with Gordon and once again we were completely satisfied! The RV was clean and ran great. We had an excellent trip and as always Gordon was available to answer questions whenever we needed him.

The RV was great and Gordon was easy to deal with. We had a great time.
This was my family's first RV trip and Gordon made it stress and hassle-free! He took time to explain all of the RV's features and answer any of my questions. In addition, he was available while we were on our trip to answer any of our questions. He delivered the RV to our home and dropping it back off was seamless.
We will RV again and will look to rent Gordon's RV when we do!

Gordon had RV cleaned up and ready to go when we showed up to get it. He did a great job going over everything before we pulled out. Had a wonderful time and would rent from him again.
