This unit is for DELIVERY only. Family fun or just a couples getaway. Has all the comforts of home. Queen size bed in private bedroom. Sofa to relax and watch tv or read in living area. Sofa makes into bed that sleeps two. All dishes, linens, pots and pans are provided. Dinette also converts to a bed.All paper products are provided. You just have to bring your clothes and food.

Owners property, water and 30 amp electric. Near wineries and Watkins Glen. Near Filmore Glen State Park, Ithaca college and Cornell University. Also Cortland Music Park. Finger lakes region. New York State fair, buttermilk falls. River forest campground and Sampson state park.
For delivery over 50 miles an additional fee will apply. This fee is based on the distance. All events at Watkins Glen are $250 per night. Super dirt week rates are $200 per night
