It was important to my wife that the rv we rented had recent reviews. This easily fit my wife, 2 daughters, and I. Cole provided fast support on the phone whenever I had any questions. Everything worked great and had no problems. We paid extra for drop off and pickup and was worth it. We used stove, oven, microwave and had no problems. Ac works great. Fridge works great.
2nd time renting from Cole & it was just as great as the first time!! Cole & his wife are very friendly & accommodating. The RV has a little wear to it since the last time we rented (4 years ago), but nothing that would hinder your good time! Very clean, easy to drive, & enough storage compartments to keep the space open. REMEMBER TO FILL THE FRESH WATER TANK BEFORE YOU START YOUR TRIP!!!
I rented this RV for my family and I to go on a camping trip to Eureka Springs for Spring Break. I was our first time doing the RV camping thing as a family, MR. and Mrs. Phillips helped make it a success. The communication was great, the experience was awesome. Thanks to the Phillips family for helping make the Spring Break memorable, I will definitely recommend/rent again.
This whole experience was a total disaster! The RV had to be jump started when we arrived to pick it up! It was so dirty you could not see out the windshield, so had to take it to the carwash to clean it! Interior pieces were broken off and damaged, so we took photos of everything we found! The tires were the main issue! The right front was worn so bad, it was into the secondary rubber!
Hello. Most of the items in this review are false, and the ones that have a little truth were grossly over exaggerated. RVShare investigated and found the renter had no merit to the claim, and did not give them any back.
There was a flat tire in Utah. This can happen on any vehicle. Rather than call roadside assistance, the renter went to a tire shop and decided to become a mechanic.
My family had an amazing trip and the RV was great! Cole and Ava were super easy to work with and were great communicators. I had a simple question when we were setting up and was able to call and get my question answered immediately. Would highly recommend renting from them.

Communication between us and them was great. I arrived and picked the RV up without any issues. I was provided with some short YouTube videos of how to operate some things on the RV. The RV ran great and provided its purpose for our event.
