2007 Forest River RV - Lexington 300SS
Lexi was purchased in February 2021 with 15k miles and now has 25k miles after we tried her out on a Michigan to California three week expedition. While it was way too short of a trip for that amount of miles she performed wonderfully! The ride was smooth, and she's easy to drive but you do need to use the mirrors to see what's behind you.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No more than 3 people may travel or sleep in the RV at any time. Lexi has been lightly used and we want to keep her looking that way, especially the toilet and shower.
- The RV may NOT be taken out of the state! Full or partial hook up only. No dry camping unless we discuss first. Batteries don't last more than 2 - 3 days so fridge and lights won't work after that.
- RV dump station must be used prior to return. Renter will keep the black tank (toilet) partially full with extra water so as not to create a dam in the holding tank which can create "poopsicles".
- NO CLEANING OF FISH OR OTHER ANIMAL PARTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SINK INSIDE THE RV. Crazy, right? But, it happens! This is absolutely necessary so as not to create blockages or odors.
- Gasoline and propane must be full on return. If the renter is unable to fill the tanks a charge of $3.30/gal will be estimated, and due, when returning the vehicle.
Lexi is parked on our parking pad in front of our house. If you need a place to stay for a short period of time we are happy to accommodate you. We will supply water and electricity. My husband, the producer of Young Hemingway: the Path to Paris (www.YoungHemingway.com) would be happy to discuss Michigan's Hemingway Country on our deck. A complimentary Hemingway drink provided!
Please feel free to call if you are interested in fewer minimum days, or more maximum days. If we are not heavily booked, and I can get Lexi cleaned, then we would be willing to consider the above. We like to confine Lexi to the northern Michigan and UP areas.
