Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely NO SMOKING in the trailer. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 forfeiture of your deposit.
- No walking on the roof, and please don't have the awning out when not in use or if it's windy (anything over 10 mph). Cost of awning repair if damaged due to misuse will be taken from your deposit.
- We love pets, but to protect Eleanor and to prevent issues for other renters who may have pet allergies, we unfortunately do not allow pets.
