We had a great experience renting this Winnebago from Russell. He was communicative and flexible to work with. Russell took the time to do a thorough walk around to explain its operation and highlight the amenities, which included a great selection of campsite gear to make launching a camping trip easier. His knowledge as an RV technician provided peace of mind hitting the road.
Renting the RV from Russell was an amazing experience! He was extremely welcoming, very attentive, and provided all the accurate and detailed information about the vehicle. The RV was in perfect condition, super clean, and we had absolutely no issues during our trip.
I highly recommend him to any future renter!
Overall, we had a great vacation in the RV. We ended up providing our own linens, but Russell communicated ahead of time that would be the case. The RV was clean except for sand in an overhead shelf compartment where we were putting clothes. Russell provides a small vaccuum so we were able to clean that up.
Russell is a good guy who is easy to communicate with and his camper was a lot of fun; it gave us a great experience to Yellowstone Nat'l Park. We plan to do this again.
Great experience all around. Camper is in great condition and Russell was wonderful to work with; friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond with any questions. If you have young kids, this camper is perfect as it’s fitted for a front and rear facing car seat. Highly recommend!
Russell is top-notch owner. Great communication throughout. Provided several special request items: bike rack, power strip, tables, flag pole, coolers, chairs, lights, towels, rugs, tarp, bungies. Overall excellent experience.
