- No climbing on outside ladder for any reason.
- No roof access for any reason. If there is evidence of any type of roof disturbance or damage, minimum $350 of the security deposit will be forfeited and renter is responsible for damages.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or around the RV at anytime. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee to extract the smell.
- The RV is not allowed off road. The only exception is entering and exiting an RV park.

Even before I committed to a rental reservation, Chad was willing to meet me with the RV to eliminate a concern I had. I’m only 4‘11“ tall and wanted to be sure I could reach the gas and brake pedals to safely operate the vehicle.
