The optional fees are added if the RV is not returned cleaned and the Septic is not empty. There is a dumping station 3 miles down the road from our location for use.
RV returned smelling of ANY smoke odor will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $500.00

My wife and I were attending a wedding in upstate NY. The wedding was on my sister’s farm which is 30 minutes from the nearest hotel. We decided to rent an RV so we could bring our room with us. All worked out great. Valerie gave us a very thorough run-through of the RV and all its systems so, despite this being our first RV adventure, we felt comfortable with the unit.
Overwhelming mothball smell - The hosts were lovely people, and so it makes it difficult to write a negative review. The motorhome was as advertised and the host was very helpful to get us ready for our trip.
This is a first. There are no mothballs on the rv. Very puzzled. Others have not commented on this.
I can’t say enough about how friendly, responsive and accommodating Dan and Valerie were throughout the whole process! We were able to make the best memories with my siblings in the awesome RV!
Valerie and Dan have a very nice RV loaded with amenities to rent. From our first interaction to our last they were responsive and answered all our questions. They know their product very well. I highly recommend their RV.

Dan and Valerie were very timely in responding to my phone calls. Had some trouble with the tvs and the retractable extension...but a quick call to Dan and everything worked. Great first time rental experienced, would definitely recommend.
