Owner was quick to respond prior to rental , stayed a week in RV and had a great time ! Owner was very prompt to deliver and set up and had everything in place and ready to walk into ! Would definitely rent this unit again !
We rent from this owner every year for our family and friends gathering. The owner is easy to communicate with and the RV suits our needs. We look forward to continuing the relationship with Michelangelo and his comfortable RV.
Let me start off by saying , Michelangelo did a great job for me this year , I will definitely be using him again . He did a great job answering whatever questions I had . It’s definitely a home away from home experience. , if you are looking for something to do , I suggest looking into using his camper.
First off, the communication with this owner was great. He was very responsive and easy to deal with. The drop off process and pick up was seamless and wonderful. Sadly, there were some issues: 1. The RV had limited heat from an electric fireplace in the front.
Thank you for the feedback. I did leave the unit with propane but explained to your father that the unit uses a lot of propane when heating. It is not uncommon to go through a tank a day. I told him to go exchange the unit as I am not responsible for supplying propane to the customer.
