We had a great time in a great RV! Highly recommend!
RV hadn't had a good cleaning for a while. Floor under the bed was filthy with debris.
Very few basic linens & lacking in & kitchen utensils, i.e. salad bowl or soup bowls.
TV bracket broken.
Awning needed repair.
Toilet gasket warped, unable to seal out sewer smell & hold water.
Antonia stated how clean and nice the unit was during pickup, so I’m very surprised to see bad review. communication was even rated low when I was available for the couple of calls and texts asap. I even worked with you about awning and gave you a good credit back towards trip. I asked how I could have made your trip any better by phone the last day and Craig said you had a “great time.
We had a great experience with this rig and the owners. Shalene and her family are kind and trusting. The RV was in great condition, easy to handle for a newbie family. The owners were available when we needed them but otherwise, let us do our own thing so we could have a great adventure!
RV was perfect and Shalene was easy to work with! RV was very clean and as described. Shalene was great with communication - easy pick up and drop off. Would definitely recommend!!!
