- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Any rule violations will forfeit security deposit.
- A one-time fee of $100 will be applied when dropping off and pickup on a holiday.
If campsite doesn't have sewer hookup at campsite, a dumping fee is mandatory or will be deducted from security deposit.
