2019 Gulf stream - Vista cruiser 19CSK
Clean modern RV, small but with full featured amenities. perfect for a couple or family with a small child. has a queen size main bed and the sofa folds out into a full size bed if needed. light weight and easy to tow with most vehicles. the single axle makes this RV very maneuverable. the slide out and detached dining table make this RV feel much bigger inside than it actually is.

My wife Sandy and I both work full time jobs and don't get to use our little camper as much as we would like to so we decided to start renting it out. we were unsure About it at first but it has been a good experience, everyone has been very friendly and we do our best to make sure they have a smooth and enjoyable trip.

Tim responded promptly when there was a problem with the faucets. He came immediately and replaced both faucets.
I had to clean the entire unit including vacuuming behind the couch.
The unit shows clear signs of being on the beach. Shelves in the fridge was very rusty and so were the windows.
We had the unit delivered to our house. We were not going to drive it.

Everything was great.
Gulfstream builds an awesome trailer, and Tim has done a good job keeping it clean and comfortable. Some minor problems... Sound system only plays from 1 of 4 speakers, bathroom vent did not open, only 1 propane tank worked, and pass through storage was a mess. (Sewer hose stored with fresh water hose and table and everything else just thrown back in from previous renters.
It was just what we were looking for being first time travel trailer people. It was easy to pull and everything worked. The a/c kept up and kept us comfortable and it was very hot weather. It did rain hard on the 4th of July and both of our friends and families campers leaked but ours did not.
Tim was very helpful, was our first time renting RV and use of site. We were very satisfied with experience. will look up Tim again.
