Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- There is no smoking allowed at all. Any smoking damaged/smells will result in an fee and be deducted from your security deposit. As pets are allowed, any damages will be deducted from deposit.
- If the camp ground does not have a dump station there will be an additional 125.00.
- Renter will be responsible for all damages. Renter will be responsible to ensure the camp site is large enough to accommodate a 43foot 5th wheel and a 50amp power supply.
- At end of stay, renter is required to perform a general cleaning, disposal of all food, take out trash and personal belongings with you. If camper is not cleaned there can be an up to $400.00 fee.
