It is ready for outdoor grills, the gas stove also have a oven, This unit also have two dinettes. The water heater can work off of propane or electric. Plenty of space to bring a cooler and all of your camping gear.

The RV was in good condition. Had to wait on pick up and drop off as Ralph was late both times. Was unaware of the additional charges for propane $65 and extra generator time.
