This unit can really sleep 9 people and you can even add 3 children and everyone will fit well. This unit has plenty of storage space. It does have outdoor LED lights. It is ready for outdoor grills, the gas stove also have a oven, This unit also have two dinettes. The water heater can work off of propane or electric. Plenty of space to bring a cooler and all of your camping gear.

The RV was in good condition. Had to wait on pick up and drop off as Ralph was late both times. Was unaware of the additional charges for propane $65 and extra generator time.

Original Pickup time was set for 3pm, as a courtesy I did leave prior arrangements to accommodate an earlier pick up requested time by the renter.
VERY EASY PICK UP AND DROP OFF. RV WAS SUPER CLEAN AND VERY EASY TO USE
A overall great experience renting from Ralph. He takes great care of his RV and is awesome to work with. I would recommend his RV to any family looking for a great family vacation.
Great experience. Clean and well maintained. RV had a few warranty problems and one TV would not operate with remote.
