Very nice owner, delivered to our campsite early and with a missing wheel! Accommodated us even when the camp ground ran out of RV Hookups and we needed to rent a generator as well.
Thank you and I do apologize about the incident of the wheel coming off on the way to the site. I could have just canceled the trip and took it to the shop but I did not want to leave yall stuck out last minute.
I tried to level myself with the jack but your husband said it was " all good " and everything was fine.
I'm not sure about the microwave. Sorry about that.
This is a great travel trailer! Very comfortable and plenty of room. Everything worked well and Dylan was very responsive to any questions throughout the entire trip. With this being Texas, we had to use both heat and AC. Both worked very well. We even endured quite a rainstorm, and there were no leaks whatsoever. I will definitely be renting this one again.

I asked Dylan for full service and recieved it. He even offered to come out on Thanksgiving day if a problem came up. He is five stars from my point of view.
Dylan's RV was just right. AC worked great and plenty of room. Pick-up and Delivery was flawless. Would recommend.
Dylan was very easy to work with. Just be sure to check out the RV and take pictures of EVERYTHING. Very pleasant young man. Showed how to work everything. Heads up they advertised a grill, the grill is totally rusted out, couldn’t use it. They say it has cookware (VERY LIMITED) No silverware or plastic ware, no bowls I recommend you take what you will need. Everything worked very well.
