Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 28
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- RV is not be drivin over 65 miles per hour for safety reasons and damage to items in RV or the RV itself. Please understand there will be a $300 violation fee will be applied and damages occur.
- Cargo is not to exceed 850 pounds
- Pets need to be pre approved by the owner with a let fee and are not allowed on the beds.
- Late fees will be assessed on a case by case basis starting at $30 for every 30 minutes late. This is because I would loose the next reservation or not have sufficient time to prepare for next renter.
Do not exceed the 65mph speed limit. $100 fee will be added if GPS Pings higher than 68mph. This is for safety sway reasons, thank you for your understanding
