- RV is not be drivin over 65 miles per hour for safety reasons and damage to items in RV or the RV itself. Please understand there will be a $300 violation fee will be applied and damages occur.
- Cargo is not to exceed 850 pounds
- Pets need to be pre approved by the owner with a let fee and are not allowed on the beds.
- Late fees will be assessed on a case by case basis starting at $30 for every 30 minutes late. This is because I would loose the next reservation or not have sufficient time to prepare for next renter.

My experience started decent but became worse at the end. When it came to making the reservation there was communication for time and location to pickup. But when it came to my return there was no communication on the last two days. Furthermore, after I returned the RV I was fined $345 for a speeding violation from the Owners, on a 9hr trip where I traveled less than 60mph.
As much as I hate doing this please don’t rent this camper from James he is a fraud, this camper is not in good shape at all, would absolutely not consider this to be a “toy hauler” except for a bicycle, had very little to no supplies in it. He charged us our full deposit plus some for things that were clearly already broken.
I'm sorry you feel like you had to leave this unfair review. There were several things broken, one being the TV brackets from speeding at 90 mph. RV is GPS traked and also tracks speed. Also had missing items from the camper on return such as Bathroom basket, Extension Cord and a few other kitchen supplies.
This was a great experience. The trailer was new, clean and had all the accessories necessary. James communicated often and clearly, answered all my questions and was available when needed. The trailer is new and small, but met our needs perfectly. This was great and I'd rent from James again.

This is basically a new RV. The owner and his wife did a great job explaining all aspects of setup and usage. He was fair and flexible in accommodating plan some slight changes. My son and I did a multi day dirtbike trip. This toy hauler fit the bill. The bunk is a little small, but if you had more than two sleeping in there you could easily throw down a blowup bed.
