Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely no smoking in trailer. The entire security deposit is forfeit if trailer is smoked in.
- I will not take the trailer over Neroc road due to the railroad tracks. I understand that this will severely damage the trailer.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed in trailer. If this is violated, the entire security deposit is forfeited.
There is a road near my house that you cannot take the trailer on because of the railroad tracks. By renting my trailer you agree to not go over neroc road.
