Terrence was very easy to work with and accomodating to our specific p/u / drop needs. This unit worked out perfect for our quick holiday weekend getaway and accomodated our needs nicely.
The communication and overall experience with this Rv could have gone so much better. There were a lot of issues that were had for reasons that could have been avoided. Sending a video at the beginning of the rental would be a start. explaining things on the RV would be another. There are things that renters should know, regardless if this is their first rental of 100th.
Appreciate the feedback RV travel definitely can be challenging especially for the inexperienced it’s unfortunate your trip didn’t go as smoothly as anticipated
Everything was great! Terrance was very adaptable to our changing schedule. The RV was great.
We enjoyed the motorhome for the most part except the furnace didn't work and it was quite cold where we took it. Terrance was very was very pleasant and helpful and responded quickly to questions I had during the rental. The National General insurance that RVShare makes you take when renting, however, is a real ripoff.
This RV was great for our family’s trip to FL. Me and my family of six had plenty of room for travel and sleep. We had a great time and will do it again!
