Tom was awesome to work with. This was our first rental experience, and he made it so easy for us. He was very accommodating and patient while explaining to us how everything worked. The RV was clean and well taken care of. The bed is super comfortable and all appliances worked great. The outdoor sink was definitely a bonus and the slide-out gave so much extra room to move around.
