This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for our girl scout troop. Everything with the rental, pickup and tutorial walk thru, to communication during trip was easy and always available. Alex was great to book with. His information, previous experience and walk thru helped prepare me for a hapless trip.
The rv was clean and equipped and held 5 teenagers and 2 adults comfortably.
Alex and his team were awesome and great to work with/to rent from. Upon picking up the RV he gave us a thorough explanation of everything we needed to know about the RV and how to operate it; plus is was very clean and ready to go. Any time that I had a question during our 3 night adventure it was promptly answered.
This was our first time renting and using a RV, Alex went through everything step by step and made everything super easy. Very professional and great experience.
This was our first time in an RV and Alex and his crew made it the best experience ever! As soon as we arrived, we were treated warmly and the RV was in mint condition ... very clean!! Alex and his crew explained everything to us and were a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns. My daughters are 6 and 10, and they cherished every minute on the RV.
Excellent experience and will definitely utilize again!
