Great Communication and thorough walkthrough and explanations that really helped me as a first time RVer. Was always available to answer questions and gave me a well maintained and clean RV. Loved the personal touches of coffee and toiletries as well as the cute stickers and glow and the dark stars that helped make it a memorable experience for the family.
