The rv is not worth the fee for the rental especially with the master bedroom has no ac and stays hot even with a fan. We were told not to use the awning because it had just been replaced from being damaged. If we had known we couldn’t use the awning I would not have paid the amount I paid to rent the rv.
There is definitely A/C in the Master of the RV. There are vents for the central A/C. When people leave the A/C in an RV on 65 all of the time they freeze up. Had they asked, we would have told them to simply turn off the front A/C for 15 minutes & it would have worked just fine. Other reviews rave about the A/C!
Kena was extremely easy to work with and flexible with meeting me to pickup & drop off the RV. The RV had multiple great features, more than I was able to use in just one weekend while spending most of the days fishing.
This was our first experience with renting a RV. The CrossRoads Zinger ZR340BH was a great fit for our vacation to Martin Dies Jr. State Park. From the minute that we selected this RV for our vacation Kena provided excellent communication. The pick up and drop off went perfectly. The load leveling hitch that was already setup for the trailer was great to have.
