To be honest, the owner is a pretty nice guy, but this thing just isn’t up to the standards of a rental. We have owned several RVs over the past 14 years, so let me just say that I’m not some newbie who has never stayed in a camper in the horrible Florida heat. Been there many times! Let’s start with the ACs.
Phillip’s huge fifth wheel was perfect for our large group of 8. The AC kept all of us cool even in the heat of the summer, and there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and especially the two refrigerators which prevented us from having to make ice runs for our coolers every day. We’re already looking forward to next year!
Owner always responded to questions regarding the RV. We quick to troubleshoot if we had questions. Went above and beyond during the length of our time with his RV - he delivered an extension cord to us and cleaning supplies. (Broom, dustpan). He also had it stacked with sheets pillows blankets and went and purchased more which was very generous.
100% a great experience. This will be our go to guy for our trips to Destin. The RV provided enough space for a family of 6 with the main area having tall ceilings so it felt so open.

Outstanding experience! I cannot say enough about Phillip, his RV, and his expertise! We rented the RV for our family of four as part of our RV investigation. We have been in the market for several months, but do not want to commit until we have camped in a few different models.
