I am leaving a review more as a caution when renting. The initial communication was good and contact was made the day before delivery. However, upon delivery I did not receive the trailer I rented. When I called immediately I was told it was due to busted pipes. I understand that is possible but a call to notify me would have been nice.
Not really sure about this person but i have over 40 campers and we have all 5 start reviews and we told her that the coachman hot water was not working and that is why the camper was switched instead of canceling her reservation. We upgraded camper but she basically wanted to use it as a way to get a refund i guess
