Great experience for 1st timers Rving. The "How to Videos" were a great Help which explains everything every step of the way. We contacted Jim several times during the trip and he was prompt and very helpful. The Queen Bed was very comfortable, In a nut shell All was Great and we look forward to renting this unit again.
Great experience. First time for our entire family in an RV. Jim made everything very easy. Greatly appreciate him taking the time to produce all the “how to” videos which explains every single step needed for first timers. The RV was in great shape and my wife and kids were very comfortable during our trip. Would highly recommend renting from Jim.

For our families first foray into RVing, Jim and this RV were awesome. It matched the country in the husband and the city in the wife. Not only were we given videos and great knowledge and how to, Jim was very responsive. Even when we decided to extend a couple days, luckily there was no conflicting reservations and Jim was prompt and amenable to help us with the process.
This was my families first RV experience and we couldn’t be happier. I was nervous about learning all the how to’s to an RV especially considering we have never even ridden in one let alone drive it to a campsite and hook it up. The delivery driver gave me a quick (1 1/2 hr) tutorial lol!!.
