This was not the best experience for us. The heater didn’t work (seniors and children in Arizona cold night). Knowing what I know now, I’d make the company slow down and test everything prior to leaving. While the rental company (not the owner) was responsive they couldn’t help us with fixing the issue and told us to buy a space heater.
Owner was very responsive to our questions and issues as a first time renter. RV served its purpose and our family had a great time.
We had a great time in the camper, and working with the owner was lovely. He was very accommodating and responsive (hence the three stars).
However - the camper needs some serious TLC. Bathroom door and fridge were hard to open because the handles were broken, the bathroom smelled, and worst of all were the bugs... There were so many roaches and others crawling around the table, floor and couch.
Great rental! Very spacious, drives well, works great. Kids loved the long seat for the ride. We loved the extra beds and strong shower.

The worse part was the last minute notification I received approximately one hour prior to pick up that there was a broken piece needed for hot water. I received an email from Robert, but when I replied he did not reply to me.
