We had a great time on our annual cross country trip. This year we decided to go with a class A and I found Cheryl’s motorhome “Angel”. It was described perfectly and the pictures don’t lie. It was exactly as described. Cheryl was awesome with communication and explained everything in great detail. She has a master inventory list she gives you at departure time. Very helpful for finding things.
Very pleasant couple to rent from. The entire experience was positive for us.
Fantastic value overall. The RV is a bit dated compared to most you find on here, but for what we needed, it was perfect. Cheryl was great to work with and a very good communicator. Plan on close to two hours when you pick up for training, signing documents, etc. Would 100% recommend though if looking for an RV on the less expensive side as it covers all the bases.
The RV wreaked of a Glade plug-in when I first stepped in. I suspect they use that to cover up the cat smell.
The blower for the Heat/AC didn’t work and the owner blamed it on me not having enough gas in it. Uhh, one is electrical, one is combustion. Two totally different systems.
The ladder, which was rated for 300 pounds, broke when I stepped on it. I’m 240.
The only thing I ask is when you rent the RV, return it in like condition, clean, full gas tank, empty waste tanks upon return, operating as you got it upon return. I believe that's fair. If you don't, we have the right to charge and claim.
We will always treat you fairly and with respect. When suggestions are made or mechanical things fail, we get that fixed as quickly as possible.
They couldn’t of described their RV any better. It was spot on absolutely great condition, everything smelled fresh and clean you can definitely tell they take pride in their RV. It drove like a dream very smooth. Everything is provided they think of it all just bring your clothes and enjoy! If you have any questions just refer back the your binder they provide it covers everything a great touch!!
I can't say enough good things about this RV and the experience in renting it. Cheryl is an absolute gem and a lovely host. The RV was delivered to our location and setup. The RV amenities are top notch and well thought out. The detail put into preparing renters to have a wonderful experience really make this RV the best we have used. 100/100 would recommend this RV!
We had an absolute blast with Ryan and his staff. We even learned about Rugby as well as what goes on behind the production scene. We welcome the opportunity to host him again. Truly the honor was ours.
